Trip Down Memory Lane: A year ago…

I should already be sleeping at this hour since I have an early training tomorrow. Note: 9 AM is way too early for me. 😛 I was already late yesterday for an hour and I don’t want to be late today. After training, I will be going straight to the bus terminal so I can go home to my baby love. I can’t wait for this day to end. It doesn’t matter if my apartment needs cleaning and my hamper is full. I’ll take care of that next week when I come back (yep, good luck to me). Anyway, yesterday, […]

Wednesday What-nots: 2 Years; Then and Now, etc.

It’s already Wednesday in this side of the world – 2AM. I left work on time because I felt that I was no longer being productive. I was just starting at my screen most of the time – probably trying to get my laptop to do the work for me, haha, I don’t really know. I was out of focus for some reason. Now I am at home and was not really planning to blog but for some reason, the open Chrome tab for WordPress was beckoning. So, here I am, trying to squeeze my brains out for something to post. Goodbye after 23 Years

This morning, I saw my brother’s shared link in FB about McDonald’s Session Road in Baguio City closing after 23 years. It is actually a sad thing, really. (You can read more about it here). McDonald’s Session Road is the first ever McDonald’s franchise in Baguio. It is located in Lower Session Rd., corner Lower Mabini St. across PNB Building. You cannot actually miss it when you’re in Session Road. The first ever McDonald’s in Baguio was franchised by the Del Rosarios (who also own Sunshine Supermarket, Hotel Veniz and other businesses within the city). That’s all I know actually about […]

Trip Down Memory Lane: First post…

A little more than a year ago, I started a new blog to document my unexpected journey into pregnancy, then eventually started this blog as a new chapter when my son was born (well, I started this blog because it has more storage space and it is easier to navigate than the one I used. That was actually the reason. Although I already have another blog here that I still maintain. Didn’t think of using that though, LOL!). The first post I published (see here) was something about the very early movements of a fetus that could be felt. Now […]

Trip Down Memory Lane: Remembering Daddy

I was at the mall earlier with little Zaine. One of the things that we do together on weekends. I know he still doesn’t have any idea what we are doing or where we are going at this stage but I just want to expose him to different sounds. After looking around and listening to his surroundings, he slept. LOL! The malls have already started with their Christmas themes. Christmas decorations are being sold as early as September, pre-holiday sales are everywhere, store clerks are now swapping their halloween costumes/masks to santa hats and red shirts (for some).  Yep, Christmas […]
