It is the eve of Christmas. 🙂
Today, we spent lunch with friends and little Z, Kuya Sam and Bea met together for the first time. It seems that the three kids are all used to spending time with adults that they don’t know yet how to socialize with other kids. LOL! I think it will take a bit more time for them to get used to it.
Anyway, for today’s gratitude, and I have really intended this day for a very specific thing to be grateful for. For today, I am grateful for the life of my son. Up until this day, I couldn’t imagine what my life would have been had I not had this little boy who is currently asleep beside me.
I am grateful that, despite a rocky start at life, he has grown into a healthy and very active toddler who is very sweet to the people around him. I am grateful for his smiles, the kisses that I get every day that I spend with him and for the kisses that I get whenever I call him when we are away.
I am very grateful that I was chosen to be the Mom of a very special boy that will one day grow up to be a great man. A brave, powerful and hardworking man that will one day lead a group of great men as well.
My son is the best Christmas gift that I could have asked for and having him in my life is the best thing ever. And I am grateful that I get to be a part of his life. 🙂
