It’s been months since I’ve updated this blog. I’m not even sure if someone has been visiting my site recently. Not that I mind though. Do people still read blogs by the way? I’m not so sure. I guess more are into video content these days. I’ve been lost on how to move forward with this blog for quite a while. So I left it be. Which made me think. Ever since I went dot com, I somewhat lost sight of why I started this in the first place. I got suck into the technicalities and possible income generation that […]
Ipon Challenge Results: How Did It Go?
Another year, another set of goals. Don’t you agree? And one of the top goals being set this time around is about finances. Last year, I posted about money saving challenges or ipon challenges. You can read all about it here. As I mentioned in my post last year, I decided to do the invisible 50 and 200 for 2018. And now that the year has ended, what’s my ipon challenge results?

We Are Live! Diaries of a Control-Freak Mom, v2.0
It’s been almost 3 weeks since I last blogged and I have been itching to blog since then. I had to stop myself from blogging because it will be additional work to a still work-in-progress new home. LOL!
So, here we are, my dotcom page. My v2.0. And this is a trial run, just to check if things are all working fine. There are still a few revisions to be made (and I just noticed, a couple more posts to migrate) but so far, we are good to go.
Merry Christmas!
Nothing much to say here for now. Just dropping a quick note to greet everyone. May this season be filled with love and joy and happiness all around. May we find blessings in every gift we unwrap and may we be a blessing by the gifts we give. From Zaine and I, we wish you a merry, merry Christmas! Cheers! 😊
Li’l Brave Hearts…
One of the common conditions that children with Down syndrome have is heart issues. Even my little Z has been diagnosed to have ASD or Atrial Septal Defect. You can read more about it here. His last check up with a pediatric cardiologist was last year wherein it was found that Z still has a small hole in his heart. Though no medication was given, he was to have another cardiologist consult a year after to check if the hole will close on its own. I was not able to schedule Z for his check up this month but we […]
2014 in review
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog. Here’s an excerpt: A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,700 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 45 trips to carry that many people. Click here to see the complete report.

A New Chapter…
I had a blog for my pregnancy journey that I shared to a few family and friends. It was one hell of a journey that was. It was enjoyable, fun, worrisome, and all that rolled into one. Well, I didn’t enjoy going through labor to be honest. That was a whole lot of pain to be endured just to bring into this world the love of my life. So, here is a new chapter of my journey. Being a Mom. There are times that it still feels all so surreal. Sometimes, when I watch my son sleep in the wee hours […]
