Last weekend, the little boy and I attended the grand launch of National Thank You Day. The event was officially opened by Mr. Jonjon San Agustin, SM Supermalls Senior Vice President for Marketing and Ms. Margot Torres, McDonald’s Philippines Executive Vice President and Deputy Managing Director.

Ronald and the gang also made their appearance and entertained the audience with an energetic dance number with the kids.
There were booths as well where families can sign up for the upcoming McDonald’s Stripes Run, avail discounts in booking McCelebrations, and even get amazing discounts from the Toy Bazaar.
Kids and adults alike also enjoyed the activities and games such as Swing n’ Shoot, Catch n’ Win, Slide n’ Climb, and Hugs n’ Kisses. These are also enjoy these activities in select SM malls on the weekends of November.
Apart from these games, kids and families also enjoyed making cards at the Card Making Station.

SM and McDonald’s National Thank You Day
The #NationalThankYouDay McDonald’s Caravan will tour at SM Megamall and SM City Fairview on November 11-12; SM Southmall and SM Mall of Asia on November 18-19. It will culminate at the SM National Thank You Family Fun Day at SM Mall of Asia on November 26.
As a delightful treat, all McDonald’s stores located in 47 SM malls nationwide will give a free Sundae Cone for every purchase of a Happy Meal from 3pm to 6pm on November 23 to 26. It is a simple way to say thank you to customers in celebration of SM and McDonald’s National Thank You Day.
Aside from these exclusive McDonald’s treats, SM shoppers’ Thanksgiving experience will be made more meaningful with “Pinoy Thanksgiving at SM” feasts from November 20-26 and Thanksgiving Parade from November 24-26. There will also be a special mass on #NationalThankYouDay on November 23 at select SM malls nationwide.
As part of SM’s month long Thanksgiving Day festivities, the partnership is set to indulge customer with treats and fun events for the families to spend time and create special moments together.
